- 60g cabbage
- 60g kimchi

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp sweet sake
- 2 tsp tianmianjiang

Mix the pork with soy sauce, sake, sweet sake, and tianmianjiang. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
