- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Coating

Mix pork slices with grated garlic, grated ginger, sake, and soy sauce in a bowl. Massage and let marinate for 10 minutes.
