- 200g pork mince
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 250g pea shoots
- Chopped spring onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the pea shoots in half lengthwise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork mince and cook until the color changes.
Add doubanjiang, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add bean sprouts and stir briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients (water, sake, sugar, miso, chicken stock powder, and sesame seeds) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add pea shoots and cook until softened.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped spring onion.
