Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 150ml water
단계
Slice the green onion diagonally and thinly. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add minced pork, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add bean sprouts and bell peppers, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) and green onion. Bring to a boil, then add the glass noodles. Mix well, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
