- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
- 50g fresh ginger, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (100g)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
