- 🍄 100g enoki mushroom

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100cc dashi stock

Cut the green onion into diagonal slices about 4cm wide. Trim the root of the enoki mushroom, cut them in half, and separate into small clusters.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add the green onion and enoki mushroom, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
