Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Seaweed
- 🟩 1 sheet nori
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Pork
- 🍖 1 slice Spam
Condiment
- 1 tbsp abura miso
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil

Place Spam in a frying pan and cook over medium heat until browned. Remove from the pan.
Add salad oil to the same pan and heat over medium. Pour in the beaten egg and shape into a square the same size as the Spam. Flip and cook until done, then remove.
Lay nori on a piece of plastic wrap. Place half the rice in the center, followed by Spam, egg, abura miso, and the remaining rice. Wrap with nori and secure with the plastic wrap. Let it sit briefly to set, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
