- 200g pork tenderloin block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 3 mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
