- 🥔 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 150g pork belly, sliced into 3cm pieces
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp grated ginger
