- 🥔 1 medium potato (180g)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the potato into 5mm slices, then stack and cut into 5mm strips. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Place the potato strips in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Let cool and drain any excess water.
Mix the potato with the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, chicken broth powder, ground sesame, grated garlic, sesame oil).
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
