Main Ingredients
- 150g ground meat
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, sliced
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Meat Sauce Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, then slice into 7mm pieces. Slice the onion into 5mm thick pieces.
In a microwave-safe dish, mix the meat sauce seasoning ingredients. Add ground meat and mix to break it apart. Arrange the pumpkin and onion slices, then cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 9 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Top with shredded pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown, about 7–10 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
