- 🎃 300g pumpkin, peeled and diced

- 🧈 20g salted butter

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, peel the skin, and dice into 2cm cubes.

Place the diced pumpkin in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain excess water.

While the pumpkin is still hot, add sugar, salt, and butter. Mash with a fork until smooth. Gradually add milk and mix until creamy.
