- 🎃 300g pumpkin, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Dairy
- 🧀 1 tbsp pizza cheese
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Slice the pumpkin into thin pieces and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Mince the onion.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, milk, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan with oil and cook minced pork over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Layer the pumpkin in a heatproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Add the sautéed pork mixture and pour the sauce over.
Top with pizza cheese, breadcrumbs, and small pieces of butter. Bake in a toaster for 8 minutes until golden brown.
