- 🐙 60g boiled octopus
- 🧅 4 stalks chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp minced pickled ginger
- 3 tbsp tempura flakes
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 300cc water
- 100g takoyaki flour

- 🧅 30g long green onion
- 8g bonito flakes
- Ponzu sauce to taste

Mince the pickled ginger and slice the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the boiled octopus into 20 equal pieces.
In a bowl, beat the egg, add water, and mix. Gradually add takoyaki flour and stir until smooth.
Heat the takoyaki pan, spread salad oil using a paper towel, and pour the batter into the molds. Add octopus pieces, green onion, pickled ginger, and tempura flakes. Once the edges start to set, gather the excess batter and cook for 1-2 minutes. Use skewers to roll the takoyaki until golden brown.
Plate the takoyaki, garnish with green onion, bonito flakes, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
