Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Cheese Sauce
- 🧀 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🥛 150ml milk
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- A pinch of chopped parsley

Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool and remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, tear cheddar cheese into small pieces and mix with flour until crumbly.
In another bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk, then add ground meat, remaining seasonings, and mix until sticky. Add onion and mix well. Divide into two portions and shape into ovals.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on one side until browned, then flip. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and plate.
Wipe excess oil from the pan, add sake and milk, and heat over medium-low until simmering. Add cheddar cheese mixture and stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cheese sauce over the patties and garnish with chopped parsley.
