Protein
- 🥩 4 slices thinly sliced beef
Tofu
- 🍢 150g grilled tofu
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Flour
- As needed plain flour
Garnish

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the grilled tofu in half horizontally, then into 4 equal pieces. Slice the beef vertically in half.
Wrap the beef around the tofu pieces and coat them lightly with plain flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the wrapped tofu and cook, turning occasionally, until the beef changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu. Serve and garnish with chopped green onions.
