- 1/2 head romanesco
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seafood
- 🦐 6 shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of black pepper

Remove the shrimp veins and season with salt and pepper.
Separate romanesco into small florets, slice onion into wedges, and crush garlic.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add romanesco and onion and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add shrimp and water, cover, and steam for about 2 minutes. Add the mayo sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and everything is well coated.
