    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • Hot Pot Seasoning

    • 1000ml water
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
