- 100g lotus root
- 60g burdock root
- 🥕 50g carrot
Noodles
- 100g shirataki noodles
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 30cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 50cc amazake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
