- 🐟 1 can (180g) canned saba in water
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 4 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🥪 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
