- 1 can (190g) saba canned in miso
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 3 bell peppers (90g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp garlic paste
