Canned Fish
- 1 can saba (miso flavor)
Vegetables
- 🌽 80g whole corn
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 🥛 2 tbsp plain yogurt (unsweetened)

- 2 tbsp curry flakes
- 2 tsp ketchup
