Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba miso canned fish
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 100cc water
- Full amount of saba canned juice

Separate the saba canned fish into fish and juice.
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks, then soak in water for 2 minutes and drain.
Peel and cut the carrot into bite-sized chunks, and thinly slice the onion.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add the vegetables, and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, water, and saba canned juice), bring to a boil, then cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the saba fish, serve in a dish, and garnish with chopped green onion.
