- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 3 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 new onion (150g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- Chopped nori, as needed

Slice the new onion thinly and mince the garlic after removing their cores.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add sliced onion and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add sakura shrimp and stir briefly.
Add the cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, and seasonings (soy sauce, salt, and pepper). Stir quickly to combine.
Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped green onion and nori.
