Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥬 50g arugula
- 🧅 1/4 thinly sliced onion
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 4 black olives, sliced
Dressing

- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
