- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🍅 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 sprigs cilantro

- Flour as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sake
