- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 150g kimchi
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
