- 🍜 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 🐟 1 salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/4 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🍄 1/4 bag enoki mushrooms
- A small amount of mizuna greens
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Tear maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut mizuna greens into manageable lengths.
Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a microwave-safe plate. Add the frozen udon noodles directly from the package onto the paper. Layer salmon, maitake, enoki, and mizuna on top of the noodles.
Pour sake and concentrated soy sauce over the ingredients. Wrap the parchment paper tightly, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes and 30 seconds to 6 minutes.
