Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
