Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Marinade
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
