- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🌱 6 asparagus spears
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Trim the ends of the asparagus, peel the tough skin with a peeler, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and coat both sides with flour.
Mix sake, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the honey teriyaki sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add salmon and asparagus, and cook until the salmon is browned. Occasionally roll the asparagus for even cooking.
Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes until done. Sprinkle salt on asparagus and plate it.
Add the honey teriyaki sauce to the pan and coat the salmon evenly. Plate the salmon with the asparagus.
