- 🐟 1 fillet salmon (about 100g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
- 2 shishito peppers
- As needed olive oil
Coating
- ⚪ 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- ⚫ 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
