- 🧄 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 🍋 1/2 lemon for garnish
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasoning
- As needed salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- To taste black pepper

Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix chicken, grated garlic, and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, egg). Massage and marinate for 15 minutes, then drain excess liquid.
In another bowl, mix potato starch and all-purpose flour. Coat the marinated chicken pieces evenly with the flour mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
