- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 200g boiled bamboo shoots
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Cut the bamboo shoots in half lengthwise. Slice the tips into 1cm wide pieces and the base into 1cm wide slices after halving lengthwise.
Wash the peeled shrimp, pat dry, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the bamboo shoots for 2–3 minutes, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, and ginger) and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
