Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece salted salmon (80g)
Seaweed
- 🌿 2g dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 Water as needed
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
