- 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin

- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🌰 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Thinly slice the carrot and potatoes into sticks. Soak the potatoes in water, then drain and pat dry.
