Fish
- 1 fillet sanma (boneless and skinned)
Vegetables
- 10cm negi (thinly sliced)
- 1 myoga (julienned)
- 3 shiso leaves (julienned)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp miso
- A pinch of grated ginger
