Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Chicken
- 🍗 150g chicken breast (no tendon)
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp salt kombu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Liquid
