- 🌭 5 sausages
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🍅 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
Toppings
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste

Cut the yellow and red bell peppers in half lengthwise, then slice them diagonally into bite-sized triangular pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally in half.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the sausages, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry briefly.
