  • Mashed Potato

    • 🥔 3 medium potatoes (450g)
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 🧀 50g mascarpone cheese

    • Flour as needed
    • 🥚 1 egg (beaten)
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • Sauce

    • 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
    • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
    • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍯 2 tbsp honey
