- 6 gyoza wrappers
Meat
- 180g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g minced cabbage
- 80g minced bamboo shoots
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Topping
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil

Mince the cabbage.
Mince the bamboo shoots.
In a deep microwave-safe container, mix ground pork and seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, potato starch).
Add minced cabbage and bamboo shoots to the container and mix lightly.
Dip gyoza wrappers in water and arrange them on top of the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Mix the sauce ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil) in a bowl.
Top the cooked dish with chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and the prepared sauce.
