Seafood
- 🦐 200g frozen seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Canned Goods
- 🍅 1 can (400g) canned tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
Liquids
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water

Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Defrost the seafood mix under running water and drain well.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add onion and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add canned tomatoes and seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, water) to the pan, crush the tomatoes, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add cooking wine and seafood mix, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 1 minute less than the package instructions, reserving 2 tbsp of pasta water.
Add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the sauce, mix over medium heat for 1 minute.
