- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
- 🦪 8 boiled baby scallops
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika powder
- Chopped parsley to garnish

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain and microwave in a heatproof container with a loose cover for 5 minutes at 600W.
Mince the garlic and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add potatoes, octopus, and baby scallops, then stir-fry over medium heat briefly.
Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and paprika powder. Stir lightly and serve on a plate, garnished with chopped parsley.
