Combine pancake mix, black sesame seeds, potato starch, and sugar in a thick plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake to mix.

Add the egg, yogurt, and 1 tsp salad oil into the bag. Knead the mixture until smooth. Cut a 1cm opening at the tip of the bag.

Use a paper towel to spread a thin layer of salad oil on a frying pan. Pipe 1/8 of the batter into stick shapes onto the pan.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Flip the sticks, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the sticks are cooked through. Repeat for 8 sticks.
