- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧀 10g pizza cheese
- A pinch of dried parsley
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper

Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and separate the caps and stems. Mince the stems and onion.
Mince the boiled eggs.
In a bowl, mix the minced shiitake stems, onion, eggs, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to make the tartar sauce.
Place the shiitake caps with the inner side facing up on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Add tartar sauce and pizza cheese on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
