- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Meat
- 150g ground chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍄 8 shiitake mushrooms
- 10 shiso leaves
- 8 frozen shelled edamame
Starch
- 1 tbsp potato starch for coating
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard

Mix peeled shrimp and ground chicken breast in a bowl.
Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and potato starch to the mixture. Mix well.
Coat the shiitake mushrooms with potato starch.
Place the meat mixture onto the shiitake mushrooms and top each with a frozen edamame.
Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a microwave-safe plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve with soy sauce mixed with mustard as a dipping sauce.
