Mushroom
- 🍄 8 shiitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 50 ml water
Garnish
- To taste white sesame seeds
