- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
