Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 30g shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 15g shredded pizza cheese
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
