Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 60g shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 100g kimchi, minced
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 5 sheets Korean seaweed, torn
- White sesame seeds, to taste
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
